Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by f3339 (the "Platform"), you ("the Player" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. These Terms apply to all users of the f3339 Platform regardless of whether they have created an account.

f3339 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Any modification becomes effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of f3339 following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Where a change materially affects your rights, f3339 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email at the address on file.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between this English version and any translation provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail. The Platform is operated for and directed at players based in Bangladesh; by using f3339 you confirm that accessing the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are connecting.

Definitions Used in These Terms

• "Platform" — the f3339 website accessible at f3339.app, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and account features.
• "Account" — the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Wallet" — the BDT-denominated balance held within a Player's Account.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or reload bonus credited to a Player's Account by f3339.
• "Real Money Funds" — funds deposited by the Player via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer, Visa, or Mastercard that are available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times Bonus Funds must be turned over before they are eligible for withdrawal as Real Money Funds.

Account Registration

To access the full range of f3339 services — including deposits, withdrawals, live betting, and casino games — you must register a single personal Account. Registration is free of charge and is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and who are not residents of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.

Registration Requirements

When creating an Account on f3339 you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification.
• A valid, active mobile number registered in Bangladesh (used for bKash, Nagad, or Rocket payments and for Account verification).
• A valid email address to which you have sole access.
• Your date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• A unique, secure password of your own choosing.

You agree to keep all Account information up to date. If any information changes — particularly your mobile number or email address — you are responsible for updating your Account promptly. f3339 is not liable for any failure to receive important Account communications resulting from outdated contact details.

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on f3339 at any given time. Opening multiple Accounts (whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same IP address) is strictly prohibited. f3339 uses automated systems to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, f3339 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any pending wagers, and confiscate any Bonus Funds accrued across those Accounts. Real Money Funds held in duplicate Accounts will be refunded to the payment source used for the original deposit, after any applicable bonus-related deductions.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. f3339 will never ask you for your password by email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify f3339 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. f3339 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep Account credentials secure.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

f3339 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during a Player's time on the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of mobile number ownership, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by f3339 may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on f3339 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). f3339 does not charge currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals. Players in Bangladesh can transact using all major local payment methods without any foreign exchange calculation at any step.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank MFS), Upay.
• Bank Transfers: BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to card issuer approval).

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Wallet within seconds of successful payment confirmation.
• Bank transfers may take up to one Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) business day to process depending on the originating bank.
• f3339 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The name on the payment account must match the name on the registered f3339 Account. Deposits from accounts held in another person's name will be returned and the depositing Account may be reviewed.
• f3339 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits on individual Accounts for responsible gaming or risk management purposes. Where applicable, the Player will be notified of any limit in place.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to f3339 discretion.
• MFS withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within five minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one BST business day.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if an Account is pending KYC verification. f3339 will communicate the required documents and expected timeline promptly.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the Wagering Requirements set out in Section 4 of these Terms. Only funds that have satisfied all applicable Wagering Requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• f3339 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000. This may include requesting documentary evidence of source of funds. Such requests are standard compliance procedure and do not imply any finding of wrongdoing.

Bonus & Promotions

f3339 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer and to the general bonus rules set out in this section. Where there is any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general rules, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit on f3339 may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳30,000. The welcome bonus is credited to the Player's Wallet as Bonus Funds following the qualifying deposit. The exact bonus amount and match percentage are displayed on the promotion page at the time of registration and are subject to change.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement of 30x the bonus amount unless a specific promotion states otherwise. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Qualifying wagers for bonus rollover purposes are defined as settled wagers on casino games, slots, or sportsbook markets with odds of at least 1.50 (decimal). Free spin winnings and certain live casino game contributions may count at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement is fully satisfied.
• If a Player attempts to withdraw Real Money Funds while a bonus with an active Wagering Requirement is in progress, f3339 reserves the right to forfeit the outstanding Bonus Funds before processing the withdrawal.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds expire if the applicable Wagering Requirement is not met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, unless a different expiry period is stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• f3339 reserves the right to withhold, modify, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time, including where there is reasonable belief that the offer is being exploited or abused.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

f3339 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment for all players. The integrity of every game and every betting market on the f3339 Platform depends on all participants adhering to fair-play standards. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on f3339 and may result in Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

Prohibited Activities

• Bonus abuse: Opening multiple Accounts, using third-party payment methods, or employing any strategy designed specifically to exploit bonus terms without genuine gameplay intent, including but not limited to arbitrage betting across bonus offers.
• Collusion: Cooperating with one or more other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, particularly in live poker or table game formats.
• Match fixing: Placing wagers with knowledge of predetermined outcomes, or any conduct connected to corrupt sporting activity. f3339 cooperates fully with Bangladesh sports authorities and international integrity organisations in the investigation of suspicious wagering patterns.
• Automated wagering: Using bots, scripts, automated betting tools, AI agents, or any non-human interface to place wagers or interact with the Platform without the express written consent of f3339.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment transactions, processing chargebacks after real-money gameplay has occurred, or using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Money laundering: Using the f3339 Platform to deposit, layer, or extract illicit funds in contravention of applicable laws. f3339 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, scrape, mirror, or extract any part of the f3339 Platform's software, game RNG logic, or proprietary algorithms.

Where f3339 identifies prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to take immediate action without prior notice. This includes suspending or permanently closing the Account, voiding all pending and historical wagers placed in connection with the prohibited conduct, withholding the Account balance pending investigation, and pursuing civil or criminal remedies where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence.

Intellectual Property

All content on the f3339 Platform — including but not limited to the f3339 brand name, logo, design elements, game interfaces, software code, text, graphics, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of f3339 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other partners). All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the f3339 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content or software.

The f3339 name, logo, and any associated brand assets may not be used in any context — including social media posts, affiliate websites, promotional materials, or third-party applications — without the express prior written consent of f3339. Unauthorised use of f3339 intellectual property may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

The f3339 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While f3339 takes all reasonable steps to ensure the Platform operates reliably and securely at all times, f3339 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled maintenance windows and emergency outages may occasionally affect Platform availability; f3339 will communicate planned maintenance to registered players where reasonably practicable.

Exclusions

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, f3339 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of winnings, loss of profit, loss of data, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the f3339 Platform.
• Technical failures including server outages, internet connectivity interruptions, or software bugs that affect the outcome or settlement of any wager, provided f3339 makes reasonable efforts to investigate and remedy such issues promptly.
• Any loss arising from your own failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any content or services provided by third-party game providers whose software is integrated into the f3339 Platform; disputes regarding game outcomes governed by third-party RNG systems should first be directed to f3339 support, which will liaise with the relevant provider on your behalf.

Nothing in these Terms limits f3339's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Bangladesh law. In all other cases, f3339's aggregate liability to any Player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Closure & Termination

Players may close their f3339 Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected] with a written request for permanent Account closure. f3339 will process closure requests within two Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) business days. Prior to closure, any outstanding Wagering Requirements must be satisfied or forfeited, and any pending withdrawal requests will be completed to the registered payment method before the Account is deactivated.

If an Account closure request is made under the f3339 Responsible Gaming self-exclusion programme, the closure takes effect immediately upon confirmation. Self-exclusion closure requests cannot be reversed before the agreed exclusion period expires. Players who have self-excluded will not receive any marketing communications from f3339 for the duration of their exclusion.

Termination by f3339

f3339 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive calendar months, subject to applicable dormant account procedures.
• Any other reason at f3339's sole discretion where continued Account access is deemed contrary to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.

In the event of termination for cause, f3339 reserves the right to withhold all Account balances pending investigation. Where termination is not related to fraud or breach of Terms, Real Money Funds held in the Account at the time of termination will be returned to the Player via the original payment method within a reasonable period.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the f3339 Platform, you agree to first contact our support team at [email protected] and allow f3339 a reasonable period of no less than thirty (30) calendar days to resolve the matter internally before pursuing any other avenue. f3339 is committed to resolving all genuine player disputes promptly, fairly, and transparently.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct contact with f3339 support, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable Bangladesh law.
